Refund Policy

You may request a refund for a purchased course at any time before you reach 50% course progress. Once you reach 50% or above, the self-service refund option is no longer available.

An approved refund immediately revokes your access to the course. If the course's creator has already earned revenue from it, the full ₦3,000 course price is deducted from their earnings as a refund charge. If the creator never earned anything from the course, the platform bears the full cost instead — you are never charged twice and the creator is never penalized for a sale they didn't benefit from.

We review refund patterns for abuse. In exceptional cases, an administrator may override the standard policy.
